Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
This policy applies to every booking made through tourquesa.com.mx.
1. What the deposit is
When you book, you pay a per-person deposit that confirms your spot on the tour. The exact amount is always shown before you pay. The deposit is not the full price: the rest is paid directly on the day of the tour, at the meeting point.
2. 100% refund
If we can't honor your booking (for example, the tour is cancelled for weather, or the operator can't take you on the confirmed date), you get a 100% refund of the deposit, no exceptions.
3. Cancelling on your side
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your tour. After that, charges may apply to the deposit.
4. How to request a refund
Write to booking@tourquesa.com.mx with your tour date and the email or WhatsApp you used when booking. We process the refund to the same payment method you used.
