Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of the Tourquesa Adventures website and booking tours through it.

1. Who we are

Tourquesa Adventures is a tour agency in Cozumel, authorized to sell the tours published on this site (boat snorkeling, Catamaran Fiesta, Catamaran Open Bar & Lunch). We act as intermediaries between the traveler and the real operators of each vessel — we don't own the boats or employ the crew, but we are responsible for the booking, the deposit charge, and coordination with the operator.

2. How a booking works

  • ·You choose date, time, and number of people (adults and children) directly on the site.
  • ·A per-person deposit is charged to confirm the booking — the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
  • ·The rest of the tour cost is paid on the day of the tour, directly at the meeting point.
  • ·The booking is confirmed only once the deposit payment is successfully processed.

3. Traveler responsibilities

  • ·Arrive on time at the meeting point stated in your confirmation.
  • ·Follow the health and safety restrictions of each tour (minimum age where it applies, no sunscreen, general health condition) — details are on each tour page.
  • ·Give as much advance notice as possible if you cannot attend.

4. Changes to a tour

Weather or sea conditions may require changing the schedule, itinerary, or, in extreme cases, cancelling a tour for safety reasons. In that case we offer a free reschedule or a deposit refund — see the Deposits & Cancellations Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Tourquesa manages the booking and the deposit payment, but the tour itself (vessel, crew, equipment) is run by the corresponding authorized operator. Tourquesa is not liable for incidents during the activity attributable to the operator, though we actively mediate to resolve any issue that comes up.
