This policy describes what information we collect when you book a tour and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • ·When booking: date, time, number of people, and the contact detail you choose to give (WhatsApp or email).
  • ·Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

2. What we use it for

  • ·Confirming your booking and coordinating it with the corresponding tour operator.
  • ·Reaching you if there is a schedule change, weather issue, or anything else affecting your tour.
  • ·Sending you your deposit confirmation.

3. Who we share it with

Only with providers necessary to run the service: Stripe (payment) and our email provider for confirmations. Your contact detail is also shared with the boat operator, solely to coordinate your tour. We do not sell data to third parties for advertising.
